LAUNDRY ON LAWRENCE

Welcome to Denver’s Premiere Working Community!  With over 120 years of history, Laundry on Lawrence has entered a new period in its evolution. The oldest portion of the building was built in 1886 and used as a laundry consistently from 1890 to 2009. Today, the building is a collaborative work space, housing over 30 small businesses and local entrepreneurs.

Beyond our studio offices, Laundry on Lawrence is packed full of amenities. The dynamic space is further enhanced with the inclusion of common areas that include hallway art galleries, a laptop bar, a conference room, a movie theater, and a kitchenette. In addition, we are surrounded by the flourishing creative community in the RiNo Arts District. Breweries, distilleries, boutique restaurants, and even a vegan market are just a few blocks away!
